The following web page was created in preparation for the time period surrounding the HCM ‘Go Live” of June 27, 2005. This page is kept for historical and reference purposes. For current HCM please contact Human Resource or Payroll.

On June 27, 2005, BGSU will implement the first phase of the BG@100 project. This first phase of the project that replaces administrative systems on campus with PeopleSoft focuses on the areas of Human Resources and Payroll.

Areas involved in the processing of employees and payroll will see the majority of the impact from this implementation; however, all BGSU employees will see some additional features possible with this implementation.

The following links provide to you a letter that was mailed to the home address of all University employees on May 23, 2005. You may see the letter by clicking on the links below. Information for all employees is covered at the "All BGSU Employees" link. Additionally, information is provided by specific university affiliation (faculty, administrative staff, or classified staff).

Open forums to review the information covered in the letter and to answer questions will be held in 101 Olscamp Hall on

  • June 7 at 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
  • June 15 at 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  • September 13 at 1:30 p.m.
  • September 14 at 8:30 a.m.
All University employees are welcome to attend these sessions - no registration is required.

Any questions regarding the project may be directed to the email address of:  BGat100@bgsu.edu Questions/comments received will be appropriately directed to project team members.
