Following the HCM PeopleSoft system "Go Live" on June 27, 2005, BGSU employees will be able to view their paycheck on-line
as a self-service application. Employees using direct deposit will reference their check stub information by this self-service
application via My BGSU rather than receiving a printed check stub. Those currently receiving a printed paycheck will continue
to receive the printed paycheck and additionally will be able to reference their paycheck information via the self-service
application.
For those who would like to learn about the View Paycheck self-service application, there are several options available.
Self-Service Demonstration Sessions - The View Paycheck self-service application will be demonstrated at sessions offered in May, June, and July. All BGSU employees
are invited to attend these demonstration sessions. No registration is required. Details about these sessions are provided
within the BG@100 training pages.
Interactive Demonstration - Those who would like to learn about the View Paycheck self-service application by interactive demonstration, may do so
now by following this link. A PC with access to Internet Explorer is needed to use this demonstration.
Printable Documentation - Printable documentation for View Paycheck and Understanding Your Online Paycheck are available for your reference.

 - This s a printable version of the View Paycheck Interactive Demonstration above. The documentation contains screenshots
and step-by-step instructions on how to access your on-line paycheck.
- Understanding Your On-line Paycheck - This document details the items contained in the on-line paycheck information. All the information previously available
on printed pay stubs will be included in the on-line version. This on-line format also provides the opportunity to detail
additional information for each University employee.
View Paycheck FAQ - This Frequently Asked Questions list has been developed specifically for the View Paycheck self-service application. The
listing of questions and answers has been developed from the inquiries received during initial View Paycheck Demonstration
sessions. Check here to see if your question is answered in this listing. If you have a question that is not included, you are welcome to submit
your question by email to BGat100@bgsu.edu.
