Update - February 2005
New Training Link Above - Please Check It Out
If you are a current AHRS on-line or FOCUS user, please check out the new training link above called, BG@100 HCM Training.
We are starting to publish course, session and participant information. As new training information is available, it will
be published under this link. In some cases you are being requested to identify yourself. This is being done as a cross
check. The current AHRS security information is our starting point. However, in some cases this information may be outdated.
If you find your name listed as a participant and you believe this is inaccurate, please write to
BGat100@bgsu.edu. If you are being requested to identify yourself in a specific area, then please follow the instructions at that location.
If you believe a course or group has been overlooked, then please write to
BGat100@bgsu.edu. Thank you for your participation.
PeopleSoft Production Security
This month begins another major initiative to define the production security roles and users within those roles. As a result
a new security form and approval process will be created. All PeopleSoft HCM users will be required to complete a new security
form even if you were a previous AHRS user. We are starting clean with our security records. For most of you, your security
form will be completed for you and passed to the appropriate approver. After June 27, 2005, any one requesting access to
PeopleSoft HCM will be required to follow the new procedure. More information regarding security will be published prior
to June 27, 2005.
BG@100 Team Resource Changes
We have welcomed two new people to our team in January. Jim Hunter from CIBER is a Technical Consultant who is replacing
Dee Dee Friedman. Also, Demetria Graham from Supplemental Staffing has joined the project team as Administrative Support.
Demetria is answering the BG@100 Project Office telephone number at 372-3781.
