All Employees (Faculty, Staff and Student), Self-Service Applications
Beginning June 27, 2005, there will be two new self-service applications published on "MyBGSU". These applications are targeted
at all University employees (faculty, staff and students). For employees who have access to a computer, there is a self-service
training module to demonstrate how to use the
View Paycheck and
View Compensation History self-service applications.
View Paycheck will be used by any employee who has direct deposit for their paycheck. Employees using payroll direct deposit will
no longer receive a pay stub in campus mail beginning with payment for pay periods after June 27, 2005.
The two new self-service applications are:
1. View Paycheck
2. View Compensation History
Sessions to demonstrate the View Paycheck self-service application will be offered as outlined below. These sessions are
open for all University employees to attend. No registration is required.

View Compensation History is an employee self-service application that will show employee hire information and current job
information. As compensation rate changes become effective after June 27, 2005, this application will display the changes
for each employee as they occur.
