Exchange Project

   

The Exchange project will transition account holders from the current BGNet based email system to a new Microsoft Exchange based email system during the first half of 2008.  Once transitioned to Exchange, Windows users can gain access to their email and calendar using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Macintosh users can use Entourage 2004  Users will also have access to email and calendars through the Outlook Web Access (OWA) webmail based client provided by Microsoft as well as  [ read more ]

BG@100

   

The process of evaluating the administrative computing systems used at BGSU has resulted in the selection of the PeopleSoft product for implementation at BGSU. Implementation began with the Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Payroll (HCM) "Go Live" on June 25, 2005, followed by the Financial Management Solutions (FMS) "Go Live" on February 5, 2007.  Campus Solutions (Student Administration) implementation will be the next module scheduled for implementation. Data Warehouse

   

The Data Warehouse (DW) Project is an ongoing initiative focused on creating a single, integrated, secured source of high quality data designed to support the University's business intelligence (BI) requirements - i.e. reporting and analytics.  Over the life of this project, development of the data warehouse is expected to contribute to the University's planning and decision making capabilities and its distinctiveness in the higher education marketplace.  [ read more ]

Microsoft Software License Agreement
