Bursar Bill Detail (March 2009)

Synopsis

The BG@100 project will be implementing the Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CSS) system as the Student Administration ‘system of record’ in a phased implementation plan from August 2008 – August 2009.  Details are accessible at the BG@100 web site: www.bgsu.edu/bgat100.

Student enrollment information, the course catalog, class registration, financial aid processing, Bursar processing and Admissions application processing for Summer 2009 and following will be processed using CSS.  As a result, users may experience or see some processing taking place in the legacy system for Spring 2009 as modules continue to be transitioned to CSS during the early months of 2009.

Please consider this document accurate as of the time of publication and be aware that changes and updates to the system may have taken place since the creation of this document.

Details

In April 2009, the Bursar's Office will transition to a new system for billing.  With the new system all monthly Bursar billings will be sent electronically to BGSU email addresses. 

All student account balances will be carried forward to the new system (CSS).  The old student system contains the account detail for any charges before or during spring 2009.  The Bursar Bill Detail link will show the detail for the last (March 2009) bill generated from the old system.

To access this information, the student will log in to MyBGSU and select the Bursar Bill Detail* (March 2009) link from the MyServices menu.
