Student Degree Audit

Synopsis

The BG@100 project will be implementing the Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CSS) system as the Student Administration ‘system of record’ in a phased implementation plan from August 2008 – August 2009.  Details are accessible at the BG@100 web site:  www.bgsu.edu/bgat100.

Student enrollment information, the course catalog, class registration, financial aid processing, Bursar processing and Admissions application processing for Summer 2009 and following will be processed using CSS. As a result, users may experience or see some processing taking place in the legacy system for Spring 2009 as modules continue to be transitioned to CSS during the early months of 2009.

Please consider this document accurate as of the time of publication and be aware that changes and updates to the system may have taken place since the creation of this document.

Students will be able to access Degree Audit information from the Student Services Academics menu in MyBGSU..

To view information, login to MyBGSU and select the Degree Audit link available under MyServices/Student Services/Academics.

The DARwin program will return student details similar to the example provided below. From this point, the student may continue with the Run Default Program Listed radio button selected or select the Run Selected Program radio button to return the listed set of student data. Select the Submit A New Audit button to continue.

Selecting the Run Default Program Listed option will return a web page similar to the following. The student will then select Details in order to view the audit.
