Self Service-View My Advisor

Synopsis

The BG@100 project will be implementing the Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CSS) system as the Student Administration ‘system of record’ in a phased implementation plan from August 2008 – August 2009.  Details are accessible at the BG@100 web site:  www.bgsu.edu/bgat100.

Student enrollment information, the course catalog, class registration, financial aid processing, Bursar processing and Admissions application processing for Summer 2009 and following will be processed using CSS. As a result, users may experience or see some processing taking place in the legacy system for Spring 2009 as modules continue to be transitioned to CSS during the early months of 2009.

As a part of the self service available within Student Center, students will be able to view advisor information.

To view advisor information, login to MyBGSU and access Student Center by selecting the Student Center link under MyServices.

Within Student Center, Advisor information is available near the bottom of the right column. The advisor name and office phone number are provided in this section.

Selecting the Details link within the Advisor section will provide the following type of detail:
