Welcome to the listproc for project BG@100. The goal of this project is to install new administrative systems and it is estimated to take approximately 5 years to complete. Although there will be new functionality introduced as part of the project, self-service benefits administration, a data warehouse, automated workflow, and document imaging to name a few, the primary focus is on conversion - to pull the plug on the existing AMS systems. Additional functionality will continue to be added post conversion.

The name BG@100 represents our desire to move to new administrative systems as we approach the centennial of BGSU, as well as our goal to achieve 100% satisfaction in the services provided through the use of our administrative systems.

The listproc will be used to help communicate information regarding BG@100. The project web site is located at  http://www.bgsu.edu/offices/cio/page838.htmland will be updated on a regular basis. At a minimum, the site will be updated monthly. As we update information, you will receive an email indicating the update, and a link to the new information.

The first bit of news is with regard to some open forums that have been scheduled. Three forums have been scheduled in May to provide an opportunity for information exchange. We will use the information gathered at these meetings to update a FAQ section of the project web site.

During each open forum, project personnel will be available to share information and respond to questions. The format for all open forums will be the same and pre-registration is not required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any member of the project team or send an email toBGat100@bgsu.edu . Thank you.
