Campus Community Advanced Access Training



Users requesting CSS View and Maintenance access for Campus Community will be required to complete Advanced Access training.  Campus Community will Go-Live in CSS on September 22, 2008.  

Campus Community Advanced Access training will cover the following topics:  

      • creation of BGSU ID numbers
      • maintenance of Biographical / Demographical Data
      • maintenance of Identification Data (Citizenship / Visa)
      • FERPA Data Overview
      • Residency Data Overview
      • Relationships Data Overview
      • Participation Data Overview

During these sessions decisions made by the Master Data Management Committee pertaining to minimal data standards, personal data types and data standards for name and address will be provided.

This training will be provided in a lecture / lab based training situation.  The training schedule is outlined below:
