PeopleSoft Campus Solution (Student Administration) Update

The BG@100 Student Administration implementation fit gap is in progress.  Information gathered in each fit gap session is being reviewed and posted on the BG@100 web site.  The fit gap session notes can be found at the "Student Implementation Fit Gap - Session Notes" link above.  Fit gap will continue to be the primary focus at the BG@100 office into the month of October when the focus will shift to scope planning.

At the end of September, the project team is 86% complete with Admissions fit gap, 82% complete with Student Records fit gap, 68% complete with Student Financials fit gap, and 40% complete with Financial Aid fit gap.  The team has conducted 83 fit gap sessions and has an additional 34 sessions scheduled.  The team expects to finish the PeopleSoft Student Administration module fit gap by November 9, 2007.

The BG@100 project team will be busy with implementation planning tasks for the next four months.  As important decisions are made by the project team and reviewed by the Executive Steering Committee, the plans will be communicated to the campus community.
