PeopleSoft Campus Solution (Student Administration) Update
The BG@100 Project team is in the project planning stage for the Student Administration implementation. The PeopleSoft Student
Administration System will replace the University's legacy SIS system as the system of record for student information. The
Student Administration application is made up of eight primary modules.
- Campus Community
- Recruiting and Admissions
- Financial Aid
- Student Records
- Gradebook
- Academic Advisement
- Student Financials
- Campus Self Service
In addition to the PeopleSoft Student Administration modules, the Project team will be implementing RMS (Residential Management System) to replace the University's current housing system. The RMS application is made up of three primary modules.
- Student Housing
- Conference - Used to manage conferences and events
- Judicial - Used to manage campus judicial issues
The Project team hopes to begin fit gap sessions in June. A fit gap schedule will be posted as soon as it is finalized and
invitations will be sent to Student Administration subject matter experts. Once fit gap has been completed, a project scope
document and an implementation plan will be drafted by the Project team.
