The following sessions have been scheduled for the Student Financials Fit Gap process.

The Fit Gap sessions for the Student Financials modules of the Student Administration implementation will provide the project team with essential information regarding current BGSU business practices and the areas that will "fit" with PeopleSoft processes as well as areas where there will be a "gap".

Subject Matter Experts will be invited to these sessions based on the topic being discussed; everyone, however, is invited to attend these sessions. Agendas, including a listing of participants, are available at the "Agenda" link associated with each Session ID. Participants in these sessions will have the opportunity to review current BGSU business practices and compare them to the PeopleSoft application. If you did not receive an invitation but want to attend, please contact Nancy Colsman to indicate that you would like to attend.

There are no sessions scheduled for Student Financials Fit Gap during the week of July 23-27, however there may be fit gap sessions scheduled for the other modules during this time.

* The campus community is reminded that parking at the BG@100 office is limited and to park only in areas marked as University parking. The area immediately behind the BG@100 project office offers three visitor spaces for those coming to the project office on a short-term basis. For those who may wish to use the Shuttle Service to get the project office, the Shuttle 2-RIDE weekday schedule provides service Monday through Friday from 3 a.m. to 4 p.m. and may be reached by calling 2-RIDE (2-7433).
