4th Annual Office of the CIO Golf Outing |

Friday, July 25th, 2008 11:30 a.m. Barbeque Lunch 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start*
The Office of the CIO (Chief Information Officer) would like to invite you to the 4th annual BGSU Office of the CIO Golf Outing at Stone Ridge Golf Club on the afternoon of Friday, July 25, 2008.
The format of the outing will consist of a four-member team competing in a scramble format. A shotgun start will be used
if enough teams register*. All are welcome to play.
Fees for the outing are $55 per person. This includes 18 holes of golf, cart, complimentary pyramid of range balls, barbeque
lunch, 2 drink tickets per player and appetizers at the end of the day. Collared shirts are required and no jeans.
A 50/50 drawing will be held and prizes awarded following the completion of play.
All proceeds will benefit the BGSU CIO Foundation (Rodger Dodger).
Participants are invited to complete the registration form for their team and return the form along with check payment (payable to BGSU Foundation) to:
