PeopleSoft Campus Solution (Student Administration) Update
The BG@100 Project team is in the project planning stage for the Student Administration implementation. The PeopleSoft Student
Administration System will replace the University's legacy SIS system as the system of record for student information. The
Student Administration application is made up of eight primary modules.
- Campus Community
- Recruiting and Admissions
- Financial Aid
- Student Records
- Gradebook
- Academic Advisement
- Student Financials
- Campus Self Service
In addition to the PeopleSoft Student Administration modules, the Project team will be implementing RMS (Residential Management
System) to replace the University's current housing system.
The Project team hopes to begin fit gap sessions toward the end of May. A fit gap schedule will be posted as soon as it is
finalized and invitations will be sent to Student Administration subject matter experts. Once fit gap has been completed,
a project scope document and an implementation plan will be drafted by the Project team.
Application Development Moratorium Established
The BG@100 Executive Steering Committee has approved a moratorium on application enhancements to the legacy SIS system, Housing
system, Sigma Sam system, and other applications related to the Student Information System. A moratorium exception request
process has also been established. For further information, click on the BG@100 Moratorium Items link above.
