Campus Community is the module in PeopleSoft Student Administration where individuals and organizations that comprise your
institution’s community are defined and created. Individuals and organizations are the foundation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/Student Administration. Campus Community
also provides a facility to update, maintain, and track information about the individuals and organizations associated with
the institution.
Campus Community is the first module that must be defined by the University in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. This definition
includes the names, addresses, and other basic elements. These elements will be used by all business processes across the institution. These design decisions provide the framework
for creating all people and organization records in the database. The design decisions will establish the following types of information.
