The weeks just prior to the FMS Go-Live on February 5, 2007 will be filled with preparation for the conversion. As such,
a number of systems are being prepared and may experience some changes or outage periods in order to complete necessary preparations.
The chart below is provided as a reference to such significant dates.

January 12 through January 16
Black out period for P-card usage - cardholders are asked not to use cards during this time period. Please see directions on how to process Office Depot order during this time period.
January 13 until January 15
The e-Time for Students system will be unavailable for use from 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, January 13 through Monday, January
15 at 8:00 a.m. During the time of this outage the web application and card readers will be unavailable for use. Further
details regarding Student Employment preparations for FMS.
January 17 at 5 p.m. until Monday January 22
Office Depot website will be unavailable for use from January. 17 at 5 p.m. through January. 22 at 8 a.m.
January 19
Last day for Business Office, Purchasing, and Grants to receive online or paper documents for processing in AFIN. Travel
and business entertainment reimbursements will continue using the current process.
January 22
HCM will be converted to using FMS information for chartfields and location codes.
January 25
Last day for Receiving document (RC) to be submitted online or by paper for processing in AFIN.
January 26
Requested date for all completed FMS Security Request Form to be returned to Mike McComas at BG@100 Office, 414 E. Wooster
January 31
Last day for AFIN. Normal monthly reports will be produced.
February 1-4
Conversion from AFIN to PeopleSoft FMS system. Systems will be unavailable for use during the conversion period.
February 5
FMS system go-live! BGSU financial transactions will begin to be completed using the new system.
