Human Resources Subject Area (HRSA) Implementation Team Charge and Expectations
Charge:
To launch the Data Warehouse’s first iteration of the human resources subject area.
Critical milestones associated with this effort shall include requirements gathering, defining a scope, building the human
resources area of the physical warehouse, testing, acceptance, implementation, evaluation, and modification.
Expectations:
In its oversight role, the HRSA Implementation Team is expected to:
a) Coordinate project activity and keep the project on schedule;
b) Sanction and monitor the project’s implementation plan;
c) Identify and contribute to the acquisition of resources;
d) Identify and resolve project related issues;
e) Communicate on and document project efforts and progress;
f) Develop and recommend policy and procedure related to this
subject area implementation or to the University’s overall Data Warehouse effort.
(Note: Adopted by the HRSA Implementation Team on 1/29/08, the document shall be submitted to the Core Project Team [CPT]
for review and approval.)
