The Data Warehouse Project
Mission Statement
To contribute to Bowling Green State University's success and distinctiveness in its efforts toward becoming "the premier
learning community in Ohio and one of the best in the nation" by:
- Developing a single source of high quality, integrated, and secured data gathered from a variety of disparate data sources
to support the reporting and analytic requirements of University decision makers at the operational, tactical, and strategic
levels.
- Providing appropriate reporting and analytic tools necessary to offer easy access to the data warehouse by approved BGSU personnel.
- Providing training necessary to both understand the data contained in the warehouse and in the effective use of reporting
and analytic tools.
- Facilitating the collaborative growth of BGSU’s analytic culture and the use of data to inform decisions across the University
structure.
