BG@100 ERP CSS

Staff members completing this training track will be able to do the following:

• Maintain program plan information in Campus Solutions (CSS) which includes college, major, minor, and specialization information.
• Maintain term activation which prepares a student for enrollment
• Maintain student advisor information.

1.  Required Prerequisite Courses

• CSS 110 - Introducing Campus Solutions
• CSS 120 - Understanding Academic Structure
• CSS 130 - Campus Solutions Learning the Basics
• CSS 140 - Understanding Campus Community
  • Users are required to complete the training with a passing score of 80% or higher

2.  Required Function Specific Classes

• Program Plan / Term Activation Maintenance Training
  • contact Registration and Records for the next available session
• SR 325 - Add Advisor to a Student Record
  • Users are required to complete the training with a passing score of 80% or higher

3.  Student Records Security Access Request Form

• Once the entire training track has been successfully completed, the requestor will need to complete and submit the Student Records Security Access Request form
• Complete the Student Records Security Access Request form found at the ERP ERP Security Forms web page as outlined below.
  • The role that should be requested is BG_SR_RGST_PP - write this on a blank line on the left under Student Records
  • On the second page of the security form, fill in the following
    • Academic Institution = BGSUN
    • Institution/Career = All
    • Academic Program = All
    • Academic Plan = All
    • Program Action Values = ACTV, PLNC, DISC, RADM, DATA
• Obtain the required signatures - the requestor along with appropriate supervisory signatures.  
• Submit the form as outlined under #2 on the ERP ERP Security Forms web page.
• Submitted forms will be moved through the approval process prior to access being granted.  Please note the information regarding this process as outlined under #2 of the ERP CSS Security Forms web page.
