BG@100 ERP CSS Training

Staff members completing this training track will be able to do the following:

• View application data including term student is applying for admission, admit type, program and plan choice and status of admission.  In addition the user will be able to view education data such as high school, graduation date, GPA and class rank or information on colleges or universities attended.  ACT and SAT test score data will also be available through this view.

The following checklist has been prepared to outline for users the steps to complete in order to obtain Admissions View Level access in CSS. 

1.  Required Prerequisite Courses

• CSS 110 - Introducing Campus Solutions *
• CSS 120 - Understanding Academic Structure *
• CSS 130 - Campus Solutions Learning the Basics *
• CSS 140 - Understanding Campus Community *
  • Users are required to complete the training with a passing score of 80% or higher

2.  Required Function Specific Class

• AD 210 - Admissions View Access
  • Users are required to complete the training with a passing score of 80% or higher

3.  Admissions Security Access Request Form

Once the entire training track has been successfully completed, the requestor will need to complete and submit the Admissions Security Access Request form 

• • Complete the Admissions Security Access Request form found at the ERP CSS Security Forms web page as outlined below.  
    • The role that should be requested is Admissions External User
    • write this one of the blank lines in the right column and select the Add box
  • Obtain the required signatures - the requestor along with appropriate supervisory signatures.  
  • Submit the form as outlined under #2 on the ERP CSS Security Forms web page.
  • Submitted forms will be moved through the approval process prior to access being granted.  Please note the information regarding this process as outlined under #2 of the ERP CSS Security Forms web page.
