BGSU Outstanding Student Employee Team Working for BGSU Nomination Form

(Use this form for students who are paid via the BGSU payroll)

All students who are currently enrolled at BGSU and currently employed (paid) by BGSU are eligible for nomination in this category. Nominations (2-15 students in a team) should be comprised of a group of students who share a particular duty or responsibility, are considered a distinct work unit of the department, consistently work together, and know each other by name. Each department may submit multiple student team nominations, however, only one nomination per student team will be accepted from any given department. (Multiple nominations for the same student team within the same department should be submitted on a single nomination form.)

Scholarships are awarded based on the following criteria (readers will award up to 5 points for each criterion, 15 points total):
• As a team, contributes to the goals of the department by supporting each other, valuing each other’s differences, and sharing responsibility.
• As a team, provides formal or informal leadership, by exhibiting work behaviors that support BGSU’s core values (Respect for one another, Collaboration, Intellectual and personal growth, Creativity and innovation, and Pursuit of excellence).
• As a team, provides exceptional service to the department, division, or community.
