BGSU Outstanding Student Employee Working for BGSU Nomination Form

(Use this form for students who are paid via the BGSU payroll)

All students who are currently enrolled at BGSU and currently employed (paid) by BGSU are eligible for nomination in this category. Each department may submit multiple student nominations; however, only one nomination per student will be accepted from any given department. (Multiple nominations for the same student within the same department should be submitted on a single nomination form.)

Scholarships are awarded based on the following criteria (readers will award up to 5 points for each criterion, 15 points total):

  • Work that goes beyond the employee’s job responsibilities and consistently exceeds department performance standards.
  •  Informal and formal leadership by exhibiting work behaviors that support BGSU’s core values (Respect for one another, Collaboration, Intellectual and personal growth, Creativity and innovation, and Pursuit of excellence)
  • Exceptional service to the department, division, or community.
