SPRING 2012 EVENTS
INTERVIEW OBSERVATION
This is an outstanding opportunity for recruiters to model a typical interview in front of a student audience with pre-selected student volunteers. Similar to a mock interview, the Interview Observation allows students to witness two interviews with two separate recruiters while a Career Center staff member facilitates questions and comments following each interview. At the end of your mock interview, you will have the opportunity to offer constructive feedback. Audience members will be encouraged to provide insight and ask questions as part of the student learning process.
