In today's competitive job market, knowing what to expect and how to prepare for the job search is essential. Attend the Career Center's workshops and programs for assistance with your job search, career decisions (choosing a major), interview skills, and much more. Students of all majors and class standings are encouraged to attend.

To reserve your space, access your WorkNet account (through your MyBGSU web portal) and RSVP for these events using the events module. Note: You need not RSVP to attend these events; however, it is encouraged to help better prepare you and the Career Center for the event.

Also, bring your BGSU ID card and come early to take full advantage of the opportunity to network with recruiters, learn about internships and career options, and present your resume and information about career aspirations to recruiters who are eager to select candidates for available positions.

Current student teachers and alumni seeking teaching positions will want to attend this major event in which recruiters from school districts in and out of state seek BGSU teacher candidates to fill various openings. Additionally, a group of employers specializing in education-related services - outside of teaching - also attend seeking candidates to fill non-teaching positions as well.
