All requests are to be submitted on the Project Request Form .  The requestor is to clearly indicate AIP as the funding source, along with the Name and Number of the DCC to fund the project.

Upon obtaining the appropriate approvals, Capital Planning will forward the AIP project to Office of Design & Construction for implementation.
