Local Capital Improvement (LCI) Project Process

- LCI requests are limited to $10,000.00 each and are for expenses related to State Capital Improvement Projects.
- Since there are limited annual dollars available, all requests are to be submitted on the Project Request Form with a statement of need, actions taken to secure funding, impact of not obtaining these funds, and timetable of need. Requestor is to clearly indicate LCI as the funding source on the form.
- The Office of Capital Planning shall receive each request and set a priority. Requestors shall be notified of the success/failure of their requests.
- Since LCI funding is received on an annual basis, it will be necessary to request funding on an annual basis.
