Bowling Green State University Bursar's Office no longer accepts Visa credit card payments. MasterCard and Discover will continue to be accepted, but only through our web site and our toll free number listed below. We cannot accept any credit or debit card payments in person at our cashier windows, by mail, facsimile (FAX) or by telephone other than the toll free number. Bowling Green State University has been absorbing merchant processing fees for credit card users and can no longer do so. In an effort to reduce expenses, BGSU has negotiated an agreement with CashNet to manage and process credit and debit card transactions. A  convenience fee will now be assessed to the customer for credit/debit card transactions . This fee will appear as a "CashNet convenience fee" on your credit/debit card statement in addition to your authorized payment amount. BGSU does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.
