The Board of Trustees of Bowling Green State University granted approval for the following service charge structure based on your past due balance at the time of assessment.

A $  3.00 service charge will be assessed on a past due balance of $5.00 to $50.00 carried forward from your prior statement.
A $10.00 service charge will be assessed on a past due balance of $50.01 to $100.00 carried forward from your prior statement .
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed on a past due balance of $100.01and above carried forward from your prior statement .

To avoid a service charge being assessed to your account, please have all financial aid, payment arrangements (S.T.E.P. or IPP, etc.) and personal payments in place before the first day of the respective semester and pay all your BGSU bills by their original due date. Balances carried over to another billing statement are not extended to the new due date, but are considered past due. Thank you.
