Beginning with the April 5, 2009 statement, service charges will be assessed at 1.5% of the past due balance remaining after the due date.  A service charge will continue to be assessed each month the account remains past due.

To avoid a service charge being assessed to your account, please have all financial aid, payment arrangements (S.T.E.P. or MPP, etc.) and personal payments in place before the first day of the respective semester and pay all your BGSU bills by their original due date (25th of each month). Balances carried over to another billing statement are not extended to the new due date, but are considered past due. Accounts not paid in full or with an approved payment arrangement in place prior to the first day of classes each semester may be assessed a $100 late payment fee in addition to a service charge.
