Reporting the above information to Student Loan Collections enables the loan collection staff to better serve you.
When you separate from Bowling Green State University or drop below half-time status, the loan exit process will begin.
The intent of the exit interview is to educate you about the rights and responsibilities regarding your loan.
Your exit interview will be available online at http://www.ecsi.net/. To gain access to your exit you will need your social security number, school code - D9, and your PIN number. Your PIN number may be obtained by calling the Student Loan Collection Office at (419) 372-8112 or ECSI toll free at 1-888-549-3274.
Failure to complete your exit interview will result in University services being withheld (i.e., transcript, diploma and registration
hold).
