Athletic Department Facility Rentals
Listed are the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department facility rentals. All rental agreements are subject to the stipulations noted on page 2 of this document. All inquiries should be made to the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Affairs.
Anderson Arena
1. COMMERCIAL (e.g. concerts, shows etc.)
Minimum Charge: Flat fee $600 $650 (for the first three hours), plus
$100/hr. (during additional hour during the event), AND
$75/hr. (additional blocked out time between midnight and 6 a.m.)
Rental fee charge will begin with the time span specific in the contract which will include set-up / takedown time.
2. OHIO HIGH SCHOOL USAGE
A. $100/hr. $150/hr. up to 3 hours: $75 each additional hour thereafter
B. Basketball regular season game or tournament game $400/game $450/game
3. DEPARTMET/UNIVERSITY-RELATED EVENT OR PROGRAM
A. $60/hr. $75/hr. plus minimum of 1 staff member at additional cost ($7/hr.)
B. Overnight hours without activity (e.g. set-up) $300 $350 flat fee during the hours between 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Keefe Tennis Courts
A. $60/hr. $75/hr. for all activities, or
B. High school usage $100/hr. $150/hr., up to three hours: $75 each additional hour thereafter
C. OHSAA/High school competition or tournament, flat fee of $300 $350 for the first day; $100 $150 each additional day of the event.
Whittaker Track
A. $60/hr. $75/hr. for all activities, or
B. High school usage $100/hr. $150/hr. (per hour up to 3 hours; $75 each additional hour thereafter.
C. OHSAA/High school competition or tournament, flat fee of $300 $350 for the first day; $100 $150 each additional day of event.
Cross Country Course
A. OHSAA/High school usage $150 $200 flat fee.
Doyt Perry Stadium
A. OHSAA/High school usage for competition $1,000/game 1,250/game.
Perry Stadium Practice Football Fields
A. $100/hr. $150/hr up to 3 hours; $75 each additional hour thereafter.
Weight Room
A. $125/hr. $150/hr. for use, plus
B. Weight room staff member on site for the duration at $18/hr.
Stellar Field/Softball Complex
A. $100/hr. $150/hr. plus 1 staff member at $7/hr. for all activities
B. High school usage $100/hr. $150/hr. up to 3 hours; $75 each additional hour thereafter, or
C. OHSAA/High school competition or tournament game $450 $500 for the first day with a maximum of two games, plus $200 $250 each additional day with a maximum of two games. Any additional games held on the day of rental, above the maximum number allowed, will be charged at $100/game $150/game.
Cochrane Soccer Field
A. $60/hr. $75/hr. for all activities, or
B. High school usage $100/hr. $150/hr. up to 3 hours; $75 each additional hour thereafter, or
C. OHSAA/High school competition or tournament game, flat fee of $450 $500 for the first day; $200 $250 each additional day of event.
NOTES:
A. Renter would be responsible for all overhead charges incurred due to event’s nature (custodial, security, inventory management, parking, etc.).
B. BGSU reserves right to reschedule any event. A Department or University activity also has the right to supersede the originally scheduled program.
C. The Department of Athletics reserves the right to sell concessions and if appropriate charge for parking in the lot adjacent to the facility being rented.
D. Proof of insurance for $1 million (which also names BGSU as additionally insured) is required of all outside user groups.
E. BGSU reserves the right to negotiate any and all rates.
