BGSU offers intercollegiate competition in 18 varsity sports and holds membership in the Mid-American Conference and Central Collegiate Hockey Association. BGSU is one of 13 schools in the country to compete in NCAA I-A football and Division I ice hockey and men’s and women’s basketball. BGSU is committed to excelling both on the field and in the classroom.

BGSU’s program is synonymous with excellence. Since 1990, the Falcons have seen 41 student-athletes earn Academic All-America honors.
