1920- A student newspaper, The BeeGee News, is printed for the first time.
1922 - The first Homecoming is held; more than 2,000 fans attend.
1923- The marching band performs for the first time
1927 - Falcons is suggested as a nickname for the University; it flies.
1929 - Bowling Green Normal School becomes a college, with 48 faculty, 957 students, and 8 buildings.
