Pages 1-2 must be completed for all registrations.

Pages 3-4 are for 5K participants only. Please submit one copy of the waiver on page 3 for every person in your party. Multiple copies of page 4 may be submitted if needed for additional guests.

Additional notes for registration

• A welcome packet with final event locations and other details may be picked up at the Mileti Alumni Center during Homecoming.
• Save over 60% by purchasing football tickets in conjunction with the Alumni B!G Barbecue!
• Individual football game tickets (outside of all other alumni events) must be purchased directly from BGSU Athletics.
