The Class Gift:

In addition to seeing old friends during Homecoming weekend, our class has the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy by partnering with the University for a President's Leadership Academy (PLA) scholarship. This important program provides tuition and fees for students who show leadership potential and make a difference through their involvement in the University and community. PLA students participate in a summer transition program, attend leadership classes and mentor younger students while providing an average of 1,448 hours of community service each month at 63 agencies (on and off campus). The average annual cost for tuition plus room and board is $14,000, a bit different than when we attended college.
