This inclusive trip visits some of the most historic and rare sights in China, an ancient land that has fascinated travelers
from around the globe for centuries. See remains of the oldest civilizations in the world, while also admiring its many modern
marvels, from the towering skylines of its largest cities to the world’s largest dam.
Begin your journey in the city of Shanghai, the country’s most important commercial center, where the friendliness of the
people will enchant you. Marvel at the sheer cliffs and natural beauty of the spectacular Three Gorges and view the world’s
largest dam as you sail on an exciting three-day cruise on the mighty Yangtze River. Tour historic Xi’an and the Archeological
Museum that contains more than 6,000 life-size terracotta warriors and horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor
of the Qin dynasty.
Your tour culminates in Beijing, China’s capital for most of the last seven centuries and home to the spectacular Forbidden
