William Jenkins concluded his 30-plus year career with the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, Oxford, Ohio in September 2006, as its educational foundation’s executive vice president. He received his bachelor’s degree (1960) in art education from Bowling Green State University. An Army veteran, he was a founder/partner in 1981 of Development Dynamics Group, a St. Louis-based fund raising firm. Returning to BGSU in 1987, he was assistant vice president and director of development, becoming a Certified Fund Raising Professional (CFRE) in 1988. He holds membership in the Planned Giving Council of Cincinnati, Kiwanis International and served the North-American Interfraternity Conference as president from 2000-2002. He resides with his wife, Carmalieta, in Hamilton, Ohio.
