A seat with your name on it
Our "Take a Seat" Campaign gives alumni, faculty and staff, students, family and friends of the University an affordable and meaningful way to contribute to BGSU's Wolfe Center for the Arts.
You can attach your name to this state-of-the-art project, or the name of someone you would like to honor—a graduate, relative, professor, alumnus, student or friend. When you name a seat in the Wolfe Center for the Arts, in the 400-seat Thomas and Kathleen Donnell Theatre, a name plaque bearing the inscription of your choice will be placed on or near the seat you select.

More about the Wolfe Center for the Arts
The building has been designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Snøhetta, of Oslo, Norway, to be a landmark facility for the arts. The firm, known for its design of cultural buildings such as the World Trade Center Museum at Ground Zero and the Norwegian National Opera House, will create a contemporary new home for the arts at BGSU. The Department of Theatre and Film will be housed in the center.
The Wolfe Center for the Arts will contain two magnificent performance and teaching spaces: the Thomas and Kathleen Donnell Theatre and the Actors Theatre.
The Donnell Theatre features a classic and impressive curved auditorium space, which provides a dramatic, yet intimate setting for large-scale stagings of plays, musicals, and opera. The Actors Theatre, designed to allow for multiple configurations of seating, will provide the ideal experimental working space for young actors and directors. Both theatres, outfitted by the international theatre consultant firm Theatre Projects, will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology (orchestra lift, lighting, sound and curtains).
