Presidents' Day Volunteers

6500 guests!! That’s a lot of people!!

A warm welcome to our Presidents’ Day volunteers. For those of you who are new to campus, this will be quite an experience! This is the day that BGSU flings open its doors to prospective students and their families to show them that we have the right stuff! We ruffle our feathers and crow a little-- and have lots of fun!

On this site, I have included much of the information you will need to be effective as you guide our guests through this huge undertaking. I would like to stress, however, that this site will not take the place of a good training session. I will assume that you will be at the training session on the date and time specified by you on your volunteer form. Remember, you will receive your work assignment at your training session.

We are continually working to keep things as clear and as uncomplicated as possible. However with an effort as large as this one, and with the number of people involved in the planning of this event, it becomes, at times, difficult to keep up with last minute changes. I will do my very best!
