Agilon One to be unavailable during upgrade

The Agilon One system used in conjunction with contribution data at BGSU will be upgraded on Aug. 19. As a result of this outage, Agilon One and associated systems and processes will be unavailable from 8 a.m. Aug. 19 until 8 a.m. Aug. 20.

During this outage period, access to Agilon One, event registration and Web pages such as the “Make A Gift” and “MyZiggy” pages will be unavailable to users. 

In conjunction with the upgrade, data elements on contribution records are being analyzed, defined and re-coded in order to provide reports that are more consistent and relevant to current business practices. Campus colleagues who receive these reports will receive further communication in order to remain apprised of these changes.
