Disciplinary authority

The authority to enact and enforce regulations of the University is vested in the Board of Trustees. The responsibility for enforcing regulations and enforcing penalties is delegated to the president and any University officials the president may designate. Academic policies and procedures outlined in this catalog and elsewhere are the responsibility of the provost and vice president for academic affairs. Consult the current Student Affairs Handbook for other student policies and procedures.
