CMA Recording Services
The Recording Services Office is located in room 0114 of the Moore Musical Arts Center and is equipped with state-of-the-art audio equipment. The Center’s engineers provide audio services to faculty and students. These services include: audio recording, sound reinforcement, digital editing, video recording, video editing, real-time cassette and compact disc duplication and digital multi-track recording. Recording Services also provides DVD video recording of performances and DVD duplication. Recording Services is responsible for the recording of all faculty and large ensemble archives, and also the maintenance of the Center’s classroom audio equipment.
Recording Services is responsible for all official CMA recordings. Only Recording Services personnel may record or amplify sound in Kobacker Hall or Bryan Recital Hall. Any other company or person wishing to record or amplify sound in these halls must have written permission from the Director or Manager of Recording Services a week before the event.
