Bowling Green Summer
Music Institute
Selected as one of the “best” summer programs for aspiring musicians by the Center for Talented Youth at Johns Hopkins University.
The Summer Music Institute is a program of intensive music camps designed for high school and junior high school students, sponsored by the College of Musical Arts. Starting from two one-week music camps in 1981, the Summer Music Institute has grown to as many as nine camps each summer. A College of Musical Arts faculty member serves as the director of each camp and is responsible for staff assignments and curriculum.
