McFall Center was built in 1927, and served as the University Library until 1967 when the Jerome library was built. It was then renovated in 1967 and was named in honor of Kenneth H. McFall, the former Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, and later the University Administrator.

McFall Center currently contains the following: Undergraduate Admissions, an art gallery on the second floor, the Graduate College, the President's Office, the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, Institutional Research, the Assembly Room and Faculty Senate.
