Below is information about how to change your passwords and what to do if you have forgotten your password. Note that certain accounts below remain in sync with your BGSU E-mail account password so changing those passwords will change the password on all accounts in sync with BGSU E-mail account.

BGResearch Account Password
If you know your BGResearch password, the only place you can change it is on the Unix command line.
If you have forgotten your BGResearch password, contact the Technology Support Center.

BGUnix Account Password
If you know your BGUnix password, the only place you may change it is on the Unix command line.
If you have forgotten your BGUnix password, contact the Technology Support Center.
It will take at least an hour to reset the password.

Classwork Account Password
The first time you login to your account with a telnet program, you will automatically be prompted to change your password. See Introduction to the Classwork Server for instructions. You will receive your initial userid and password from your instructor.
If you want to change your password during the semester, you will have to use a telnet program and enter the passwd command.
If you have forgotten your Classwork password, contact the Technology Support Center.

CICS Account Password
If you know your CICS password, you can change it right on the CICS login page.
If you have forgotten your CICS password, contact the Technology Support Center.

Content Management System (CMS) Account Password
If you want to change or you have forgotten your CMS Account password, contact the Technology Support Center.

ePortfolio
Same as BGSU E-Mail Account information above.

Focus Account Password
Same as CICS Account information above.

LISTSERV Account Password
If you already have an account and have forgotten your password, go to http://lists.bgsu.edu and click  the Get Password link to reset it.

MyBGSU Account
How do I change my MyBGSU password? 
What if I forgot my MyBGSU password? It is the same as your BGSU E-Mail password. If you have forgotten your BGSU E-Mail password, contact the  Technology Support Center.

MyFiles Account
Stays in sync with your BGSU E-mail password.

MyVPN Account
If you have forgotten your pin, contact the Technology Support Center.

Page Center Web Access
Same as CICS Account information above.

Personal Web Server Account
How do I change my personal webserver account password? 
What if I forgot my personal webserver account password? It is the same as BGSU E-mail password. If you have forgotten your BGSU E-Mail password, contact the  Technology Support Center.

Pinnacle Customer Portal Account
Stays in sync with your BGSU E-Mail password.

SGI Workstation Account Password
If you want to change or you have forgotten your SGI Workstation password, contact the  Technology Support Center.

Voicemail (Audix) Account Password
What if I forgot my voicemail password or want to change it? Fill in the appropriate  Student or  Faculty/Staff Voicemail Assistance form.

Web Server Account Password
Campus Server (older web server for University information): If you forget your campus server password, contact the  Technology Support Center.

Windows XP Domain Server Account Password (used to login to a Windows XP computer)
