What is DreamSpark?

The Microsoft DreamSpark program allows students around the world with the opportunity to download a variety of professional Microsoft development and design software for free.  BGSU has partnered with the DreamSpark program to provide access to these software applications.

Available Software Includes:

• Virtual PC
• Visual Studio 2010 Professional
• Windows Phone
• Windows Server 2008

DreamSpark Sign Up and Verification Guide

Downloading Software
Once the user has successfully verified as a BGSU student with DreamSpark, they will be able to begin downloading.

• To begin downloading, users must be signed in using a Sign In link from: https://www.dreamspark.com/
• Select the software to be downloaded by either hoving over & selecting the software title or use the list provided under the Download Software menu.
• Users may be asked to select their preferred language, the select either the download via a web browser or use the download manager.
• Follow the instructions from the download page to install the software.
