What is DreamSpark?

The Microsoft DreamSpark program allows students around the world with the opportunity to download a variety of professional Microsoft development and design software for free.  BGSU has partnered with the DreamSpark program to provide access to these software applications.

Available Software Includes:

• Visual Studio 2012 Professional
• Windows Phone SDK
• Xbox Game Development
• Windows Server 2012 RC

System Requirements

• Windows XP, Vista or 7
• Internet Connection
• Internet Browser
• Windows Live ID Account

Downloading Software

• To begin downloading, simply go to this link: https://www.dreamspark.com/
• Scroll past the top banner and select the software you are interested in from the two horizonal lists.
• Users may be asked to select their preferred language, the select either the download via a web browser or use the download manager.
• Follow the instructions from the download page to install the software.
