AECES-Sample Reports

Automatic Reports
These reports will be included with every exam by default.

• Student Statistics - Displays statistical data related to the performance of each student.
• Class Frequency Distribution - Illustrates the dispersion of students over the selected grade scale.
• Test Statistics - Displays statistics related to the overall test and each defined learning objective.

Optional Reports
These reports can be included only if requested on the Academic Exam Processing Form.

• Student Grade - Displays individual grade results for each student.
• Condensed Item Analysis - Displays a break down of respondent selections for each item in a condensed format.
• Test Item Statistics - Displays statistical data related to each graded test question.

The raw numeric data will also be sent to you in excel (.xls) format.  These files can be taken to the Center for Business Analytics for assistance with further data analysis.  Please refer to this site for more information:  http://www.business.bgsu.edu/asor/consulting_center.html
