E-mail Self Help: Online, printable e-mail guides are available for Macintosh and Windows users. These guides cover the settings you need to configure Outlook, Entourage, and other similar mail programs, and also introduce you to Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Computer Training for Employees: Hands-on seminars are scheduled regularly to train BGSU employees on everything from e-mail basics to advanced tricks and tips.

Computer Training Center: The CTCs offer a variety of hands-on training sessions. Classes are available on many topics.

Student Technology Center: StudentTech has tutors available on a walk-in or appointment basis for current BGSU students. They also offer technology workshops.

Technology Support Center: The TSC provides online, telephone and walk-in support to BGSU students, faculty and staff. Please have your BGSU ID available when you call or visit. The TSC staff can assist clients with forgotten passwords, configuration problems, and other e-mail questions.

At Firelands Campus, please visit the Main Lab in room 231 North for assistance. Please bring proper identification.
