Snap Survey Software Installation Request

By filling out this form, you are requesting the installation of Snap Survey Software. A case ticket will be entered for the Snap server administrator to give you access to the shared Snap folder and a Technology Support Specialist to install Snap including access to the shared Snap folder and access to your department's Snap web publishing folder on your desktop.

Note : Snap software does not run on Macintosh computers!
