Throughout the instructions below, words that are italicized are exactly as they appear on your browser's menu.
Clearing Browser Cache
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Empty Cache.
- When the small pop-up window appears with the message "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?", click on Empty .
Enabling JavaScript and the Java2 Environment
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Preferences.
- Click on the Security icon (tab) and a new menu will appear.
- Under Web Content, check the following Items Enable plug-ins , Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
- Close Preferences window.
Enabling Cookies
Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select
Preferences.- Click on the Security icon (tab) and a new menu will appear.
- Under Accept Cookies, check Always .
- Close Preferences window.
Resetting Safari
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Reset Safari
- When the small pop-up window appears, click Reset .
